What's involved:

You'll receive dedicated recruitment by Sarah Greenwell, Owner and Executive Recruiter. Sarah will partner with you through the recruitment process outlined below, managing all aspects of filling your opening from scoping the position through your amazing new leader's first day. Executive searches are conducted as retained engagements, with one upfront and one milestone retainer, and the final fee contingent upon our finding your new leader. 

Engaged Contingent Search

contingent search is best for:

  • Individual Contributor thought leaders

  • Manager and Senior Manager searches

  • Niche technical roles

What's involved:


A member of our team will meet with you to learn all aspects of your specific need and share recommended candidates and insights as we source, network, and interview talent. Her Move's recruitment approach, as outlined below, provides you with service and partnership beyond typical agency engagements. Because of this, we ask for a small up-front engagement fee, which is applied to the final fee contingent upon our finding your new hire.

We are a boutique firm, which is a fancy way of saying we are small, specialized and mighty. Each of our customers has a compelling story, product and value proposition, and we use the knowledge we obtain through our hiring partner relationships and company research to find you not only a matching skillset, but the right individual for the role. We take on no more than five searches at a time, allowing us to fill the majority of openings within sixty days of search initiation.

We immediately begin sourcing and send you benchmark resumes and target company profiles to calibrate against. 

We'll have a call with you once a week to review search progress and discuss live any candidates in play. Of course, we'll email in between, too (or slack, text, WhatsApp, Gchat...) *Retained search only

We'll take this one! We do a skills-based and behavioral interview, confirming compensation expectations, timing, motivations and any other need-to-knows.

We will set you up with the candidate for a virtual coffee, phone call or a video interview. 

We'll work with you to set you up additional interviews with the internal stakeholders at your company.

We help you determine the right package so that we get a "yes." We'll handle references, negotiations and any of the administrative pieces for you.
