Executive searches are conducted as retained engagements, with one upfront and one milestone retainer, and the final fee contingent upon our finding your new leader.

We are a boutique firm, which is a fancy way of saying we are small, specialized and mighty. Each of our customers has a compelling story, product and value proposition, and we use the knowledge we obtain through our hiring partner relationships and company research to find you not only a matching skillset, but the right individual for the role. We take on no more than five searches at a time, allowing us to fill the majority of openings within sixty days of search initiation.
