What's involved:

You'll receive dedicated recruitment from Sarah Greenwell, Owner and Executive Recruiter. Sarah will partner with you through the recruitment process, managing all aspects of filling your opening from scoping the position through your amazing new leader's first day. Executive searches are conducted as retained engagements, with one upfront and one milestone retainer, and the final fee contingent upon our finding your new leader.

We are a boutique firm, which is a fancy way of saying we are small, specialized and mighty. Each of our customers has a compelling story, product and value proposition, and we use the knowledge we obtain through our hiring partner relationships and company research to find you not only a matching skillset, but the right individual for the role. We take on no more than five searches at a time, allowing us to fill the majority of openings within sixty days of search initiation.
